Mission Statement:
In our family, our mission is to Honor God and to Give Him the Glory for Everything that we have, and because of his provisioning in our lives we want to "Proclaim the Truth of Christ to the World.
Amy and I have been married for over 17 years and in that time we have endured our share of struggles and heartache, but every time we struggle, God pulls us through. It is this faith that has led us through the birth of our son who suffered from a diaphragmatic hernia. It is this faith that has led us through struggles with multiple surgeries for both Amy and myself, including two back surgeries and the loss of three children. As often as we have felt that we would never get ahead in life, it finally dawned us...IT'S NOT ABOUT US!
Oh the Joy that comes when we realize our place in this world. Our Joy was once judged by our own desires, and I will admit that there are times when I still wish I had more than I do, but if everything were gone tomorrow, I know that my family would still have faith that God would, will, and does provide.
I am an ordained minister and a graduate of The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and am currently serving as a "Pastoral Trainee" at Kings Baptist Church in Mt. Washington, Kentucky. I have served in a leadership capacity in churches for the last fourteen years as a lay minister, however, I am currently looking for a church to serve in full-time. My wife, Amy, works in the credit card industry and also serves alongside of me in the ministry. She also is currently teaching a middle-school girls small group class. Her desire is to one day become a full-time minister's wife and mother, Lord willing, in order to fulfill her desire to minister to others as well and she feels her time as a working mother affords her a unique perspective into the lives of many of our church members who are currently in a similar situation due to our dual income families.
The purpose of this website is to give us a way to share our life and ministry with others no matter where they may be. Check back often for updates to the site and for additional content from all of us and also from our friends in the ministry. Especially register with Rich's Blog and the Missions Blog in order to receive email updates whenever there is a post.
If you are a member of a church search committee, welcome, and I invite you to check out my ministry experience page found under "Rich's Ramblings." There are also a few of my sermons posted on the Media Page.

Remember that as Christians, it is each of our responsibilities to be focused on Christ and 4 His Service!
